Each size option should be thought of as the max longest dimension. If your art measures 1.4 inches x 3 inches you would pick the "3 Inches" option.
Each purchase of a specific quantity is for multiple stickers of a single image. E.G. You can't choose a quantity of 10 - 3 inch stickers and upload 10 files.
